With a slick new brand and an innovative mobile–experience used by 1M+ worldwide, you’ll join this talented team on a mission to elevate the human experience of connection & relationships.

You’ll be the champion and leader of the newly formed product design team. A highly creative and conceptual thinker, you will lead your team in crafting a beautiful in-app experiences.

What you’ll need to bring:

• 5+ years in a leadership role across XD, Product Design.
• Visionary and creative design professional who cares about all aspects of the user experience.
• You are comfortable working within and leading a team.
• Action-oriented and can help others to break big challenges.
• Passionate about product design and its role in providing users with life-enriching product experiences
• Experience creating and evolving design systems in a way that facilitates and enhances product design and development.
