We’re on the lookout for a Principal Product Designer to join an innovative AI startup based in San Francisco.

The team are pioneering an AI-powered engineer to shape a future where dev teams operate as hybrid human-machine entities. Rethinking design, user interfaces, and interactions from first principles.

You will be at the forefront of defining how the AI teammate interacts with engineering teams. You’ll take full ownership of the product design process, collaborating closely with end users to iterate and enhance the product experience.

What you need to bring:

• A proven track record in product design with a strong portfolio.
• 5-7 years of experience designing products aimed at engineers, ideally with prior experience in AI, Dev-Tools, Observability.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for AI and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
